To this end, Bexie Group has formalized the ETHICS CHANNEL as a tool for reporting, on a confidential basis, allegations or irregularities relating to actions or omissions that may constitute breaches in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on whistleblower protection and Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.

The Ethics Channel is used to report non-compliance with regulations and to correct those detected. It is not a mailbox for requests, complaints, suggestions, etc., outside of regulatory compliance.

The management of all complaints sent through the Ethics Channel shall be governed by the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data, information security, prohibition of retaliation against good faith complaints and presumption of innocence of the person reported, as established in the Privacy Policy and Management Protocol of the ETHICS CHANNEL.
